Payment Questions
You can pay online with a credit/debit card or by invoice (whichever you prefer) using my Freshbooks billing system. I typically bill 50% at the start of the project and 50% at project close. However, I understand this isn’t possible for everyone so I’m happy to work out payment plan for you.
I accept both debit and credit cards as well as checks.
The price is determined by the time and resources that are needed to effectively plan out, design, build and launch your project.
Yes. I want to make this project and process easy, simple and affordable you. Certain restrictions do apply and payment plans are not available on smaller packages, web hosting, and SEO.
I can support your organization in one of several ways:
- Hourly - If your looking for some quick marketing help but don’t want to break the bank? I’ll work with you on an hourly basis to help you with your marketing and website needs. This is a great way to test the waters and see if we’re a good fit for your long-term marketing needs. My hourly rates range from $75-125/hr depending on the services you need.
- Single Project - Already have a project in mind that you’d like to get started? Sweet, let’s get you pricing and see if we can crank out some awesome marketing for you. Say the word and we’ll even buy the coffee and donuts – that’s just how we roll. Give us a shout below and we’ll get you pricing lickety-split. This approach is what we usually take with new clients, as they want to feel comfortable with our process and deliverables.
Quote / Approval / Deposit - This model requires an estimate for each request, and must run through the approval process for both parties. The downside to this approach is it can hold-up the progress on any given task, due to the need for a formal quote. The upside is you have an idea on costs before we start. This approach is what we usually take with new clients, as they want to feel comfortable with our process and deliverables.

- Monthly Retainer - This is a service we provide to existing marketing or recurring monthly client accounts only. This is generally the same as the on-demand model, but we bill against a retainer. This allows the client to set a budget that we bill against until that time runs out. Once the retainer runs out, we notify the client that the retainer has expired, and they can choose to retain further or wait until the following month when the new monthly retainer is replenished.
- Maintenance Agreements - Maintenance agreements are ideal for clients with whom we don't have an ongoing marketing contract. If you're interested in having me maintain your website on a consistent basis by responding to on-demand client requests ad hoc, we can assist by having a fixed maintenance agreement to bill against whenever a request comes in. If you use your support time within a month, you can always add time to your account mid-stream. If you wish to discontinue service support, simply contact our office with a 30-day notice of cancellation. Hours do not rollover from month to month, so it is important to project your estimated support hours with as much accuracy as possible.
New Projects & Quotes
Just fill out the contact form or the detailed project brief and let me know the best number, email and a good time to contact you. Next, we’ll talk in person or over the phone to go over the project. After that discussion, I’ll send you a project proposal that will outline the project/services, timeline, pricing and terms. When you are ready to get started on your project, you’ll simply go online, fill in your info, provide your electronic signature and complete the proposal, which will then serve as your contract and pay the 50% deposit/start cost.
All projects are unique. Most projects take 2-6 weeks depending on the scope/size of the project. I take pride in my quick turnaround times, which helps these projects at a steady pace.
I’ll be in touch with you within 24 hours to setup a call and go over the project details. Once I have all the information, I’ll product a quote with three days.
Quotes are effective for 14 days. After that I’d be happy to re-quote you for this project.
During the design process, I’ll provide a breakdown of the content that I’ll need from you in order to complete your website. I do require that we have all of this content before I complete the final designs for your website. This will help speed up the development process and keep the website design/look and feel consistent.
Seeing your site pre-launch with your text and photos already in place will help ensure you have the best (and a more realistic) experience and expectations for your site launch.
To submit your content, just email me the photos (send the highest/largest files you can. This will help with Retina/high resolution monitors) and website copy/text (in an email or word doc is fine)
A new concept is defined as a new idea or whole new fresh design. A revision is defined as any minor change to your selected new website design concept.
Some examples of website revisions include: changing the color, font, layout and/or placement of your design. Each website design project comes with two rounds of revisions.
This is the first website design I'll propose after talking with you and reviewing the completed project brief. The initial website design will typically include a homepage design and one secondary/subpage design.
The design revision round is the next step or stage after the initial design. I will take your feedback and comments and make changes to the website that aligns with the agreed scope of work. All revision requests needs to be sent in writing via email so it is clear and precise what changes need to be done. Two revision rounds come with each new project.
This is any additional features outside of the initial agreement or modifications that is wanted after the phased signify has been mad. It can also be called a New Work Order. Any extra costs will always be proposed for approval beforehand and approved by you before the "charge order" takes place.
Not a problem we'll keep going till we find the right design. Please note that because I take the time to learn as much about you, your company, style, target audience, business goals, etc., it rarely happens and due to the custom nature of my designs. No website design refunds will be given once the work has begun. If this issue does arise, additional design concepts will be available to you at a discounted rate.
This is stage in the website design process when you are happy with your final design concept/mockup and sign off that there are no additional changes that need to be made and giving you're approval to start building the website according to the final design.
