In order to provide comprehensive WordPress website maintenance and support I'll need the following:

• Administrator account in your current WordPress website (if you already have one) and
• Access to your server, usually through CPANEL or via your hosting account (ex. GoDaddy), so I can get properly setup everything up and take care of any issues that arise.

The whole purpose behind the Website WordPress Maintenance Plan is to proactive & preventative care to prevent any issues with your website. However, things happen from your website getting hacked (Happens to the biggest company's ex. Target, Facebook, etc.) to clients making an accidental change or update to the website.

In the case your website needs help or life support, I'll be on scene, digging in and seeing what the issue is.  I can't promise your site won't be hacked, but I can promise wI'll do everything in our power to prevent it and get it back to 100% as soon as possible.

Unfortunately you cannot. Support time resets at the beginning of each month.

Please note that your support time/plan each month actually saves your place in our priority due so your time does not rollover. However, you will get peace of mind that you submit your request you will be get first priority over non-retainer clients.

Good question! Additional website support, edits, design and content updates,  and updates are the most common request I receive. Any task the can be completed in 30 - 60 minutes (depending on your plan) are all fair game.

However, adding new features to your website (like slide shows, photo galleries, shopping carts, membership areas, etc) will likely result in a formal quote or the time purchase of additional design and develop time as those larger tasks will probably go over the monthly time allotted to your plan.

I can simply bill the additional time as a separate charge at the standard rate of $80 per hour. However, if you know that you will be needing additional support hours per month, I can offer a reduced hourly rate.

New builds that will take more than 30 minutes, fixing, designing and developing  custom/premium themes or plugins like shopping carts, membership management and other complex commercial plugins is not included.

Editing or troubleshooting of custom/premium themes, commercial themes and plugins are not included as a support feature

If you have any of these issues you'll need to be quoted for these fixes.
